Ynmediatamente la dijo quien estaba encargado de sus asuntos, eo bien si la habia dejado dinero y orden para pagar. O haun el deposito del importe de la letra arriba inserta, respeto de no haber sido acojida aquella por el librado, seguin se desprende del inserto protestado a la que contestó que a ella ninguna orden lo habia dejado, y que ignoraba si habia dejado otro encargado de sus negocios, por lo que el referido Farriols protestó contra dicho Señor librador, y contra quien en derecho haya lugar, de todo, daños, gstos, perjuicios, intereses, cambios, recambios y demas que por falta de deposito del importe de la inserta letra se seguiran y podran seguir, a sus principales de todo lo que requirió a mi el escrivano formase la presente, que conocido de mi, firma, siendo testigos Tadeo Martí y José Pla vecinos de esta.
